I bring unmatched energy, dependability, and over two decades of real estate expertise to my role as a Realtor with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. Known for my straightforward and results-driven approach, I’ve successfully transacted hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate, representing some of the island’s most unique and sought-after properties. My dedication to excellence has earned me numerous awards, including ranking among the top 5% of agents at previous brokerages and achieving record-setting sales across Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.

My professional background also includes introducing and establishing two high-end luxury brokerage brands in British Columbia and Alberta. As an owner, Managing Partner, and master franchise holder, I played a key role in launching offices in Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, and the Cowichan Valley—an experience that deepened my understanding of the luxury market and refined my leadership skills.

With a lifetime of Vancouver Island knowledge, a strong international marketing background, and a deep understanding of complex real estate transactions, I’m committed to providing my clients with a professional yet relaxed experience. Born in Victoria and raised in the Cowichan Valley, I’m proud to call this island home. I’m also passionate about giving back to the community and actively support a number of local clubs and charities, including the Vancouver Island Karting Association, the Cowichan District Hospital Foundation, Cowichan Therapeutic Riding Association, KidSport Cowichan, the Clement Centre, and Queen Margaret’s School.

When I’m not assisting clients, I enjoy time with my wife and family, traveling, fishing, kart racing, and running. I feel incredibly lucky to live and work in one of the most beautiful places on earth—and it’s a privilege to help others experience the very best of the Vancouver Island lifestyle.
